We cannot talk completely and understandably about wellness without a quick look at its exact opposite which is disease.
There is only one disease, with just two causes.
This one disease is Cell Malfunction and its two causes are:
1. Toxicity
2. Deficiency
Exposure of our cells to harmful (toxic) substances brings about Malfunction while Deficiency is brought about by the lack (shortage) of the essential nutrients needed for the cells to work.
Unless cells malfunction, there can be no disease.
The first step towards wellness is knowledge (Self Knowledge and Nutrition knowledge).
A lot of natural nutrients abound which help us to enhance our wellness. Coconut is one of them.
