If you are a youth out there, you are definitely missing out from the shows that the program have for its attendees...

People having an aerobic exercise and work out at the church hall 

Other activities such as special end of the month aerobic exercise are carried out. After the month's struggle and works, this is an opportunity for you to access and keep your fitness so as to be able to proceed to a new month in good shape both in mind and body.
